I used to read ALOT before mumgate. Mama Owl set herself the challenge of reading 50 books last year and managed 24 which I still think is impressive. This year I have decided to join in with the challenge though I must say if I even manage one book a month it will be a massive improvement on zero!
I have many unread and neglected books on my my shelves and on my kindle too. So my goal is to get through as many as I can this year without buying more books (which is going to be extremely difficult). Books are almost like records to me. I love them. I buy many, mainly from charity shops and rarely ever new. So the books on my list will be oldish ones accumulated over the last couple of years or so!! I will do mini reviews after finishing each one and cross them off as I go along.
Okay, deep breath….these unread books are the tip of the iceberg…….

Do you have a hoard of unread books like me?
I have signed up too. like you I treetops read loads before children but am either too tired or fall asleep now so this is a really good idea to try and get back to something I love. good luck x
Good luck to you too Emma! Are you going to do mini reviews as you go along?
Wasn’t going to until I saw you were and thought it was a good idea so think I will. a lot of my books are ‘easy’ read chick lit! It’s about all my brain can cope with at the moment! x
